Safranière du Val d'Arly

Located 1200 meters in Savoy, in the heart of the Rhone-Alpes region, we cultivate Saffron from the flower of Crocus sativus, and sustainably harvest around fifty wild herbs in the Mountains!

 

We are really glad to work with professionals, people in particular vacationers, students, families and schools in our company on a human scale. Not forgetting all our visitors on the festivals in Savoie.

Safraniere du Val d'Arly offers a number of services

• Organic Saffron: Saffron stigmas sold in bags of 0.2g, 0.5g and 1g.

• Locally Harvested Wild Herbs: Buy your herbs picked directly in the pastures of the High Val d'Arly.

• Homemade Natural Products: an assortment of handmade goods made from harvested wild plants or saffron.

• Botanical Discovery Walks: guided educational walks to learn about the medicinal and edible plants that can be used.

• Workshops: learn how to make your own wild plant products, invite nature into your gardens.
